The Fierce Urgency of Now, Chicago | Jan 2026 - Present

A year-long installation co-curated by Janell Nelson, director of the Englewood Arts Collective, and IMAN. Named after a quote in King’s 1968 “I Have A Dream” speech, the exhibit features seven artists who combined sonic, visual and interactive art to reflect on King’s journey through Chicago on its 60th anniversary and the city’s present moment.
